case. plus, schools in pennsylvania now canceling classes today after new sightings late last night of the convicted murderer still on the run. and later, a mass exodus and eight-hour wait as the gates finally open at burning man. a live report from what was a very muddy nevada desert coming up. great to have you with us. and it is good to be back with you. 1:00 eastern. i m ana cabrera reporting from new york. we begin in washington where hours from now the former national leader of the proud boys will be sentenced on charges related to the january 6th attack. this is enrique tarrio, he was found guilty of seditious conspiracy for trying to stop the certification of the 2020 election and trying to keep trump in power. prosecutors are asking for a 33-year sentence. so far, tario s co-defendants have been given sentences far shorter than what the government wanted. joining us from the courthouse in washington is nbc s justice and intelligence correspondent ken dilanian.
