District attorney jack whelan says the commissioner had in his possession disturbing images depicting children as young as infants engaging in sex acts with adults. This comes on the heels of what happened four months ago when a jury found former radnor township commissioner bill sprinkler guilty of indecent assault of a person with mental disability.
