The MDI Trojans picked up a huge Heal Point Worthy Win over the Ellsworth Eagles in Ellsworth, on Wednesday, May 31st. The 4-1 victory moved the Trojans into 7th place in the Class B North Heal Point Standings, and will enable the Trojans to host a prelim game. Check out photos from the game
The Brewer Witches beat the MDI Trojans 5-3, rallying with 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to erase a 3-2 deficit. The game was played in Brewer where the temperature was 45 degrees with the wind chill at 38 degrees at first pitch.
The MDI Trojans took advantage of a hit batsmen, walk, and a couple of errors to score 4 runs in the top of the 5th inning, and beat the John Bapst Crusaders 6-5 in Bangor on Friday, May 12th.
