Organized by non-profit Long Beach Food & Beverage, the inaugural Long Beach Burger Week will kick off with a unique event for some very special guests. Five top Long Beach chefs/restaurateurs will treat over 250 homeless men, women and children to a multi-course burger lunch at Long Beach Rescue Mission July 27th, announced Burger Week organizer Terri Henry. The lunch will feature burgers courtesy of Harris Ranch Beef and display the culinary talents of some of the city’s leading chefs and favorite restaurants.
