A politician who had pledged to spread Mahatma Gandhi s killer Nathuram Godse s message to people has joined the Congress in Madhya Pradesh ahead of civic polls. Babulal Chaurasia, a former municipal corporator, was drafted into the party by state Congress chief and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath.
Photos of Kamal Nath giving Babulal Chaurasia the grand welcome were tweeted by the Madhya Pradesh Congress last evening. Babulal Chaurasia had earlier quit the Congress and won civic polls as a member of the Hindu Mahasabha. It is now Congress versus Congress with a party leader going on Twitter with his condemnation.
