The third week of the Capital Murder trial of Cedric Marks was expected to be underway on Monday, May 1 - but court is in recess due to Marks being sick. The trial will resume on the morning of Tuesday, May 2.
Marks is accused of killing his ex girlfriend, Jenna Scott, 28, and her friend, Michael Swearingin, 32, whose bodies were found on Jan. 15, 2019, in rural Okfusee County, Oklahoma.
