Emirates Global Aluminium, the largest industrial company in the UAE outside oil and gas, today signed an agreement with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (NAFIS) to share the company’s best practice in Emiratisation with the private sector.
Ghannam Butti Al Mazrouei revealed that the number of citizens who will be employed in the private sector will exceed expectations in 2023, as the council aims to provide between 22,000 and 24,000 jobs for Emiratis in the private sector, instead of 15,000 jobs, according to the Nafis programme.
