UPDATE: Worker identified in fatal construction incident in Cambridge Wicked Local Editor s note: This story was updated March 4 after the District Attorney s Office released the name of the worker who died, as well as more details of the incident. A stairwell under construction collapsed Wednesday morning inside a city-owned parking garage at 55 First St. in East Cambridge, killing one worker and critically injuring another. A 911 call came in around 8:23 a.m. for a partial structure collapse, according to Cambridge Fire Department Chief Gerry Mahoney. Two men were removing metal railings on a fourth-floor stairway when the structure collapsed. One of the men  later identified as 56-year-old Christopher Stuck of South Windsor, Connecticut was pinned between the fallen stairway and the second floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The other, 41, was taken to the hospital with significant chest and arm injuries, Mahoney said. As of Thursday evening, he was still in
