A 60-year-old man is dead after being involved in a head-on crash in Glenmont.
According to Bethlehem police, Gerard Carter was traveling south on River Road day when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck driven by 26-year-old Brandon Littlejohn. Carter was pronounced dead at the scene while Littlejohn was taken to Albany Med for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Ranti Ogunleye has a famous last name, but has also built a name for himself through his lifetime of work on the North Shore.
His brother, Adewale, made his name on the gridiron playing as a defensive end for the Miami Dolphins, Chicago Bears, and Houston Texans. Ranti, on the other hand, made his name in the community through his activism and work as an educator.
