Police: Head-On Crash in Glenmont Takes Life of 60-Year-Old Man

Jun 3, 2021 A 60-year-old man is dead after being involved in a head-on crash in Glenmont. According to Bethlehem police, Gerard Carter was traveling south on River Road day when his vehicle collided with a pickup truck driven by 26-year-old Brandon Littlejohn. Carter was pronounced dead at the scene while Littlejohn was taken to Albany Med for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
