Former President Jimmy Carter and his wife, Rosalynn, took a ride through the Plains Peanut Festival in Plains, Georgia, on Saturday, the Carter Center said in a social media post.
The Georgia Festival of trees opens on Nov. 20 and runs through Dec. 4 a the Georgia World Congress Center and features an auction of Christmas trees, wreaths, centerpieces and nativities.

ATLANTA Santa Claus is back in town! He made an appearance at Zoo Atlanta to celebrate Christmas in July.

Over the past few weeks, Mr. Claus has been making his way around notable landmarks around the city Including Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame, Ponce City Market, and the Children’s Museum of Atlanta.
