Omaha junior lifeguards storm Orewa

Omaha Beach Surf Lifesaving Club junior lifeguards won 13 titles at the northern region championship at Orewa Beach last month.
The club got a clean sweep in the U14s flag race, taking the top three spots.
Jackson Whitaker, Max Matthews and George Barnao took gold, silver and bronze, respectively.
Whitaker was on top form, also claiming gold in the beach sprint race.
Whitaker, Matthew and Barnao then teamed up with club mate Tom Butler for the beach sprint team relay race and took another gold. ....
