Members of a vandalized synagogue reached out to the extended community tonight to say thank you. You can see behind me the windows have been replaced and while the incident upset the congregation what happened after restored their faith in others. Dozens gathered for a special service of appreciation, a thank you to those that helped after the synagogues windows were vandalized. We have been so touched by the out pouring support financial and letters. In january the union donated time and material to replace eight windows smashed during a friday service. That was the second time in two months rocks were thrown through the colorful panes. I think it was a hate crime. Why would they do it twice .
