Challenges in the Construction Industry is recruit female workers but our program we feel we run it Better Compare today the industry we are successful have 15 percent of trainees are female. 40 percent is African American. Since our Training Center is based in the bayview we have a lot of residents from the bayview but see a wide spread of residents across the itsy. Bayview is a large group and the accessier district a lot of blue caller residents live there where you can live and afford to work in the Construction Industry. We see data on the Training Program and then about 30 percent are Asian American and then about 25 percent are latino and the rest are other. They are not baby boomers . No, they are not baby boomers. The past 3 years we have seen increase in the youth population, transitional age youth 18 to 24. We have a lot of strong out pch weech in the school district. A lot of resident that graduate from high school may not go to college and we want to provide the option, if
