Various events are happening this week in and around DeKalb County, including an Avondale Water-Wise Gardening Event, a Black History Month Celebration at DeKalb History Center and the opening of Fernbank Museum’s latest exhibit, “The Nature of Color.” Several local government meetings are also scheduled for this week.
