CHICAGO, April 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Midwest Gaming Borrower, LLC (“Midwest Gaming” or the “Company”) today announced that it has launched an offering of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2029 (the “Notes”) in a private offering that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The Notes will be general senior secured obligations of Midwest Gaming and Midwest Gaming Finance Corp. (“Midwest Finance”) as co-issuers.
