A blood drive held Wednesday at the Community of Christ Church in Fairfield resulted in 72 units of blood collected, according to Blood Drive Coordinator Diane Vaughan. A 16-year-old Eldorado teenager was killed in an accident in Gallatin County Thursday night. Illinois State Police say the accident occurred on Illinois Route 13 just west of Duncan Lane in Shawneetown.
