we re kids, we want to have fun em. do you remember that? oh, man, of course i remember that. how did that feel? oh, man, i was terrified. that pattern that you see, that was the only pattern i knew at the time. and contrary to popular belief, when i first started playing music, it was not just, like, oh, it just came to you. right. there was one summer where i think that s when i started to have an understanding of what i wanted to say as an artist and my talent started to blossom, and then the next year it was like, i was playing five instruments and i was just something happened. i worked to get to that point where there s, like, this inflection point. you build to that, and then there s a moment where it all clicks. you talk about love.
