The second Full Moon Concert of the month is set for Aug. 31 at 7 pm in the Tonkawa Centennial Park, 301 East Grand, Tonkawa. The Guys, featuring NOC Roustabouts Alumni, have played in the Full Moon Concert Series in the past and are taking the stage once again for this performance.
MORGAN, a Stillwater-based entertainer, adds her name to the long list of performers of the Full Moon Concert Series in Tonkawa. Morgan Reynolds, lead singer of the MORGAN band, is known for her unique and powerful vocals, as well as her talents with multiple instruments, not even to mention her song writing. Her songs Soul Tree, Remain Mine, and Let Yourself Be, have ranked repeatedly in the World Music Charts Top 40 list, most being ranked in the Top 10. MORGAN was formed in October of 2011 in the band’s hometown, Stillwater. Now the band, featuring Morgan Reynolds on vocals, sax, piano, guitar, and acting as manager and songwriter for the band, Victor “McFly” Denny who plays lead guitar, Dave “Bomb” Grounds on bass, and Wayne “Gretzsky” Bovenschen on Percussion, performs all over the area both as a band and Morgan performing solo.
