A 19-year-old is accused of tearing down Christmas lights, using his car to destroy decorations and shooting at a man in Titusville, according to the police department.
Titusville Police Detectives have arresteda man and a juvenile female in connection with the attempted homicide of a local man occurring on Wednesday (Dec. 13).
