If they can do that in st. Bernard parish, and everybody here probably knows every single home in st. Bernard parish was underwater. Everyone of them. If they can do it in st. Bernard, and expect taxpayers around the country or in shreveport come on. St. Bernard had a special problem. Because of the local parish government. Those not from new orleans may not know that the parish president has been indicted on several charges. The whole thing is a mess. They may have just lumped all taxes and government together.
