The National Weather service forecasters are saying that that has just been downgraded. Hillary is now a category two hurricane, with estimated sustained winds at a maximum of hundred ten miles per hour. Rain and wind ahead of the storm are already affecting parts of [interpreter] county, that is the eastern part of san diego county. And riverside county, just north of imperial county. Those areas could end up bearing the brunt of the storms rain. The very latest from the National Hurricane center it continues to warn is likely.
