The National Weather service forecasters are saying that that has just been downgraded. Hillary is now a category two hurricane, with estimated sustained winds at a maximum of hundred ten miles per hour. Rain and wind ahead of the storm are already affecting parts of [interpreter] county, that is the eastern part of san diego county. And riverside county, just north of imperial county.
