The West Virginia School Building Authority (WVSBA) has awarded $6.7 million to Greenbrier County Schools through its needs-based funding program to address safety, accessibility and infrastructure needs at Frankford Elementary
Schools around the state are about to get upgrades. Today, Governor Jim Justice, as chairman of the West Virginia School Building Authority, announced over $111-million to 19 counties for the 2024 fiscal year. The funds will build 10 new schools and upgrade 13 schools. This is history-making, as this is the largest award since 2011.
