It contains a request for a 60 day restraining order to avoid the strike on monday. They decided to act today to ensure the judge will be available on the weekend and give bart 400, 000 riders who are worry of the rides. Shortly after the announcement, bart spokeswoman says they plan to continue the work. Everyone is working to get through a deal by sunday night regardless of what the governor just announced. Reporter later though when the three unions came out, theyre clearly unhappy they say talks have been slowed and they fear that the governors announcement will delay a resolution. We are hoping that announcement will not throw additional water on what has been a very, very slow moving day.
