Minnesota’s Department of Health is urging people returning to the state after travel – especially international travel – to self-quarantine and get tested for COVID-19 before resuming activity in the community.

nd … the CDC issued a Level-four travel advisory urging Americans to avoid all travel to Mexico because of the very high level of transmission of COVID-19 in that country.
