House Lust: A Pristine Eighteenth-Century Cape is on the Market for Less Than $300,000

House Lust: A Pristine Eighteenth-Century Cape is on the Market for Less Than $300,000 The Robert Davis House has stood the test of time, and beautifully. We don’t know if he was friends with anybody famous. We don’t know how he voted. What we do know is this Cape on Rams Tail Road in Foster bears his name and, unlike so many of its eighteenth-century compatriots, it has stood the test of time.
