The Hawk Eye
Kandi Hillyer was shivering Tuesday night after she got hit with ice water outside the Des Moines County Humane Society.

The experience was totally worth it, Hillyer said. It was an amazing night.
The event marked the shelter s Facebook live fundraiser with nationally-known charity founder Kris Rotonda raising more than $10,000.
