Meteorologist Ashlyn Jackson said northern Mississippi will see the most severe weather activity between 4 a.m. and 8 a.m. Wednesday. The rest of the surrounding areas will see severe weather activity from noon to midnight, she said.  Most of northern and central Mississippi including the Jackson metro area were raised to a moderate risk level. The risk level for southern Mississippi is at an enhanced-risk level.
