we re trying to get a glimpse. i would imagine mr. gross is probably the gentleman with the lyinger colored shirt. it seems to be the person that is surrounded and the attention is focussed on that person as he slowly walks into the building. our view may be on secured after they walk after they walk in the building here. what it represents over all and at least eugene, your view from i m interested from the younger cuba population to the older. which you noted on earlier. and what they see here as this plays out as well. and what it means well, i have heard arguments from both from dissidence inside cuba and from younger cuban immigrants that this embargo and the travel restrictions and the whole cuba policy it hasn t worked. and isn t working.
we begin with that potential outbreak of severe storms packed with tornados and large hail. it s threatening at least 9 million people this weekend. two tornados already ripped through parts of north carolina and shredded homes. one person was taken to the hospital with a traumatic injury and at least four others were injured. a man who survived the storm says things were flyinger where. it was like a complete fog of heavy rain. i mean, it was so intense. everything was bending down under the pressure of it. stuff was flying everywhere. it was a total mess. meteorologist karen is in the cnn severe weather center. which areas of the country could get hit next? well, we re looking at a slight risk smack across the country s midsection.
all. so you have a culture where a lot of people have guns and they re readily available and take them everywhere they go. then you have a law that emboldens and empowers people to pull out their weapon. we don t need laws that encourage people to pull out their weapons and shoot people. we need laws that encourage people to take a step back, down to the ten, relax, is this something that i should be doing? when you don t have that, you re allowing people to make a decision at a moment s notice. they know now. look what happened in the movie theater with the popcorn. what is it about someone who thinks that it s okay to pull out a gun and shoot someone in that type of situation? it s because of these laws and the culture that has been created in florida as a result. absolutely agree. and we ll keep watching this case as we see kind of what happens next. thanks so much to faith jenkins and lisa bloom. thank you. thank you. coming up, i ll speak with the reverend al sharpton for
