Out. Uc Berkeley Police received anonymous letter dcribing the Sexual Assault of coed halloween night happened during party at Fraternity House on piedmont avenue. Police wouldnt identify the frat house and so far no victim has co forward. I think sometimes they didnt feel like its necessarily if something they can do but we want to make sur we know they can. Police cant pursue the case until a victim comes forward. Over the past two months they have investigated alleged Sexual Assault at 2 other Fraternity Houses.
