Developing story from west philadelphia. A man was shot and killed inside a barber shop. But tonight police say the shooter may have done the right thing. This is all happening inside the barber shop on north preston street. Randy gyllenhaal joins us live from the district where the police are questioning the shooter. Officials say it looks like he was trying to protect the people inside . Reporter they say he may have saved a number of lives inside this barber shop. The man turned himself in here at the 16th District Police headquarters. Police are investigating whether this was a case of selfdefense.
