by two dogs. she s now being named locally as angeline mahal. unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries despite receiving first aid care by paramedics. and such was the threat about these two xl bully dogs that armed police also attended the situation. now, these two dogs were registered because, on the 1st of february, the law changed. so it became an offence to own an xl bully dog in england and wales without an exemption. even though you might have an exemption if you re an xl bully owner, you still have to comply by pretty strict rules, including keeping the dog on a lead and a muzzle when they re in public. now, these two dogs, officers confirmed, never left the property until they were seized, and they re being held at an undisclosed location. this morning, forensic teams could be seen here gathering pieces of evidence and taking them away for further examination. the family is being supported by police and neighbours around this area have described this incident as
