LAKKI MARWAT: The Peshawar Electric Supply Company has launched an operation in Lakki city to curb electricity theft and fix power metres of domestic and commercial consumers to the poles outside their homes and premises. “The operation has been started to improve power supply in the urban locality,” said Pesco Bannu circle superintending engineer Sharas Khan on Saturday. Pesco Lakki Marwat executive engineer Fida Mohammad Mehsud and other officials were also present on the occasion. Sharas Khan visited several urban localities to check the field performance of local authorities against power stealers. He also issued instructions to the field staff with regard to implementing safety measures during duty. ....
