EGGcellent Cruise brought people out of their pandemic funk

An estimated 2,500 people took the opportunity to get away their screens and into the great outdoors to take part in 25 activities that made for an Easter weekend afternoon of fun.

Family Day Adventure Cruise hits the streets of Prince George next week

Prince George will be hosting a city-wide Family Day Adventure Cruise next Monday (February 15th), to keep residents safe and busy during this year’s Family Day.
The Adventure Cruise is a contest that was created to get families out of their houses and engaged in the community, it kicks off at 11 am and ends at 4pm.
“We will release the Adventure Card that has a list of 25 things to do around town just before the event start time,” said Dave Horton, event director, “These activities range from self-directed things like photographing Waldo at Cottonwood Island Park to other things like getting a drive-thru cookie from Ness Lake Bible Camp and take a photo with a downtown mural.” ....
