Dominos in West Philadelphia pulled her mini van up in front of the restaurant and went inside. Leaving her sevenyearold daughter asleep under a blanket in the back seat. Shes there for work. Her car is outside. Apparently the car is double parked and while shes inside. Reporter it turns out the mothers van had just been legally repossessed and was being towed away by the towing coach the tow truck driver had no idea there was a child in the back seat. He does a visual inspection and doesnt see anything or any signs of any human inside the vehicle. I could visually see right through the back of the car and there was no, new york city occupants of the vehicle.
