An investigation by the Topeka Police Department led to Shawnee County District Attorney Mike Kagay s filing charges that included attempted first-degree murder linked to a shooting committed Jan. 25 in East Topeka.
A man has been charged with the attempted murder of a teenager who was left partially paralyzed after being shot in January during an alleged robbery in East Topeka.
