Commission today, is to start looking at that report. I definitely hear your urgency. I appreciate that you are recognizing im not saying that im not enthusiastic about the project. Im thinking through, as i stand here and hear your comments about what is the best method to achieve that and to be responsive to the urgency, given the scope, given the responsibilities that we have for a successful enrolment to occur between now and april.
