Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America teams delivered a World Finals champion and a race winner in the final day of competition at Autodromo Vallelunga near Rome.
The Super Trofeo EVO2 represents an evolutionary step forward for the Huracán race car, now in its seventh year of production. The front fascia has been given the biggest upgrade, with slimmed-down headlights and a front end inspired by the Sián FKP 37 hybrid. The air curtain intakes have also been updated to improve airflow and optimize downforce. The side paneling and rear aero pieces are now made of carbon fiber (they were composite plastic before), while the rear fenders are now a single piece that includes part of the rear spoiler. This means more surface continuity, which means more efficient airflow throughout the car.
