Euclid announced, in what has now become an annual tradition, that its Trunk or Treat event for residents will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 20 behind City Hall, 585 East 222nd St.
Euclid is planning a $10 million Recreation and Wellness Facility, which when finished would be the city's first year-round center for the Recreation Department to use for its more than 35 programs it offers throughout the year.
