Mr. Montejano, it is an honor to have it for our key speaker. He is professor of ethnic studies at uc berkeley he has also chair the center for research on social change. Prior to teaching at berkeley, was an associate professor at the university of test in austin. His major areas of research have been comparative history, race and relations.
