The basketball courts have seen their last dunk; the swimming pool its last laps.  The roughly 45,000 square feet that housed 24 Hour Fitness for a year at 460A S. College Ave. in downtown Fort Collins is but a memory.  Now the building shell is ready for Target to turn it into its third Fort Collins store. Target is just beginning its renovations but is on track for an October opening, said building owner Eric Holsapple.   Holsapple said his company, LC Real Estate, has done its work and completed the demolition of basketball courts and swimming pool. We took it back to a vanilla shell and turned it over to Target last week.
