Reporter jessica, that suspect was picked up at a homeless shelter this afternoon and brought here to special victims unit where he was questioned for several hours. Tonight police have charged 29yearold brandon menley with rape, robbery attempted murder and a slew of other charges. A rape and robbery suspect now in police custody. 36 hours after police say his vicious attack on a Business Owner was caught on tape. She was attacked. She was sexually assaulted and robbed, also struck over the head and sustained some injuries as a result of an unknown instrument or a metal object.
