Missouri River Historical Development (MRHD) on Thursday announced the recipients of $600,000 in target grants. The funds will be used for projects in Woodbury, Monona, Ida, Union and Dakota County.
Progress has been hindered due to insufficient funding. Forty percent of program participants lack the financial means to replace their equipment without further assistance.
