Pre-COVID-19, it wasn t good; post-COVID-19, it s disastrous, Caroline Royer, chief financial officer, said in describing the district s fiscal position. Projected revenues for 2020-21 are $39,999,478 and projected expenses are $42,448,579 for a deficit of $2,449,101. Feb. 4 A ruling has come down on the owners of a local dairy that closed abruptly in October and is accused of milking investors out of nearly $60 million. The Banking and Securities Commission has rendered Trickling Springs Creamery LLC Philip Elvin Riehl, Gerald A. Byers, Elvin M. Martin and Dale L. Martin permanently banned from the securities business and ordered to pay an administrative assessment in the amount of $4,375,000.
