Plans drawn up by the Minister of Environment Madis Kallas (SDE) to reduce state logging volumes by 10 percent are being queried by both the coalition and opposition.
The junior coalition partner Center Party and its seven ministers were dismissed from the government by Prime Minister Kaja Kallas (Reform) on Friday after weeks of political deadlock. Reform will now start negotiations with Isamaa and SDE.
