so, you know, when the white house press secretary says oh it s just a dollar for a turkey. like joe was saying and you made the point before. it s not just that it s the price of gas. and if it wasn t the policies that the president was pushing, people would give him a pass. they are smart. everybody sees what s going on. but when you see that the president shut down the keystone xl pipeline the first thing did he when he was elected into office. has all these anti-oil and gas policies. despite the fact that the country still relies on oil and gas. everybody wants a clean climate. everybody wants, nobody wants climate change. but the policies that he is enacting are keeping us rely on opec which makes oil dirtier than we make it here and gas prices are going up as a result. joe: energy fuels everything else. why are the prices of things going? cost more money to get them here and make them. not just talking about gas in the tank. energy in this country for everything we do. lawren
