Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, the current majority shareholder of 84% of ordinary shares in Adnoc Drilling, is set to offer 880 million shares corresponding to 5.5% of issued and outstanding share capital of Adnoc Drilling through a bookbuild offering.
Adnoc Drilling Company has placed 880 million shares to institutional investors, raising its free float to 16.5 per cent and representing 5.5 per cent of the company s total issued and outstanding share capital.
