I want to bring in cnn correspondent brian todd who is in st. mark s, florida, just south of tallahassee. brian, how are evacuations going where you are? we have been talking about all the areas of florida, they have been asking folks to get out. the hurricane is now just hours away. it is just hours away, a, b the evacuation orders, we are told, are going pretty well. we talked to emergency management officials here in waukesha county, where st. marks is. they said that they had a pretty good response where people who are urged to get out. they are under mandatory evacuations. they are told that at deputies went house to house in st. mark s, where we are, and in the surrounding areas knocking on doors. they cannot, even in a mandatory evacuation, pull you out of your house forcibly leave but they can strongly urge you to and that is what they have been doing. i have been asking one emergency management official what he would tell people who elected to stay. he had one word answer, h
