right now school officials are looking for a place to put the 1500 students, a place for them to learn hope hopefully by thursday. there are structural issues, cracks in the foundation and damages in the foundation at both landmark elementary and another school in the district. it s what you can t see they say it the is the real problem. they did a study after noticing some of the cracks. the report came back this week. certainty that the building was sound. after hearing that, it was an easy decision to shut down the school. the fear isn t that the building will collapse out of no where but severe weather events to be a problem. there whether it s a micro burst or high winds like the hark. if the winds came with it, something like that that would sweep the walls from the bottom, out from under you. reporter: that concern also costly. estimates are going to be nearly two and a half million dollars. they have to install sister walls. there have to be three different
