Is Colorado Ready To Face The Next Phase Of The Pandemic Without A Statewide Mask Mandate?

Hart Van Denburg/CPR News Masks litter alleys and sidewalks in Denver’s LoDo and RiNo neighborhoods during the coronavirus pandemic, Thursday, March 11, 2021. Update April 2, 2021: Gov.
