Selective Insurance Company of the Southeast, as subrogee of John J. McCreesh III and Ruth Ann McCreesh, has filed a lawsuit against Claudio Bueno and Joseph Hagan in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas for Delaware County.
The lawsuit filed by Sonya Maina against Juan Sanchez Vasquez LLC, Juan Sanchez Vasquez, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and John Doe was commenced in the Court of Common Pleas, Delaware County.
